All third parties with whom Nace PH shares personal data are required to process that data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than the specific purpose for which it was shared.

The Nace PH Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, maintain session security, and analyse Platform usage. The following types of cookies may be used:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the operation of the Platform, including maintaining your login session, remembering your preferences, and ensuring Platform security. These cookies cannot be disabled.
• Analytical cookies: Used to collect anonymised information about how visitors use the Platform, helping Nace PH understand usage patterns and improve the service. These are only set with your consent.

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Responsible gaming records: Self-exclusion records and responsible gaming intervention records are retained for the duration of the exclusion period and for a minimum of five (5) years thereafter.
• Customer support records: Retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer where required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw your consent to marketing communications, after which it will be deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with Nace PH's data disposal procedures.

The Nace PH Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations. Nace PH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If Nace PH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any bets placed and winnings accumulated by an underage user will be voided and forfeited.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on the Nace PH Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

Nace PH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. The effective date of the most recent version of this policy is displayed at the top of this page.

When material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, Nace PH will notify registered members by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Nace PH Platform following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you should cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

Nace PH will respond to all data subject rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
