Nace PH Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nace PH online sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services operated under the Nace PH brand (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a Nace PH account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Nace PH Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Nace PH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register an account and use the Nace PH Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style and online gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Nace PH, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Nace PH Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Nace PH or any relevant regulatory authority.

Nace PH reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Nace PH Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending winnings.

When registering your Nace PH account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential.
• Notify Nace PH immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from Nace PH's negligence.

Nace PH conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

Accepted Philippine government IDs include, but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's Licence, and UMID Card.

All financial transactions on the Nace PH Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Nace PH supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine members:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Online Banking: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Over-the-Counter: Selected partner payment centres

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the Nace PH Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Nace PH account instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified in the Nace PH payment schedule, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Nace PH does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Nace PH reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

All bets placed on the Nace PH Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Nace PH system. A confirmation reference number will be issued for each accepted bet.
• Nace PH reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced, where odds have been published in error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of an obvious error in the publication of odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, system errors, or human input errors — Nace PH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the member's account.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the member once accepted by the system, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for the relevant market.
• All results and settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. Nace PH's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed on the Platform. Nace PH reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

Nace PH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members aged 21 and above only. Nace PH reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, time limits, and other restrictions as detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Nace PH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting to exploit promotional offers, or any other form of bonus abuse, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Nace PH reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings that were awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nace PH Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate, fix, or influence the outcome of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Nace PH staff or other members.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

Nace PH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable betting environment for all members. The Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your betting sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform at any time.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about the time and money spent on the Platform.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from betting without permanently closing your account.

All content on the Nace PH Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform, is the exclusive property of Nace PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Nace PH.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Nace PH intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Nace PH, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or odds.
• Any losses arising from bets placed based on information obtained through the Platform.

Nace PH does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Nace PH's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Nace PH collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the Nace PH Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Nace PH implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

Nace PH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Nace PH will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Nace PH Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and Nace PH arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Nace PH from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
